Focaccia pugliese MOZZAFIATO, pizza con cipolle da togliere il fiato (?) e pasticciotto caldo ( che non ricordo esattamente il nome ) da brividi
Insomma tappa obbligata per qualità, estrema gentilezza e cura per il cliente
 SPECTACULAR Oven, with a girl who advised us on all the Apulian specialties not to be missed!
BREATHTAKING Pugliese focaccia, pizza with onions to take your breath away (?) and hot pasticciotto (I can't remember the exact name) to creep
In short, a must for quality, extreme kindness and customer care

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bread at Forno San Marco was fine. Good, crisp crust and light yet chewy interior, but the flour is bleached so white that in and of itself, it’s almost too clean in flavor. (Service at the bakery was laconic.)
