Racconto la mia esperienza: Vengo mandato per comprare un trolley e dico che dovrebbe essere il modello XYZ della Samsonite e che dovrebbe costare intorno ai 140 euro (non 30 euro) dimensioni a x b x c (mia madre l'aveva visto qualche giorno prima, non era sicura sul modello ma ricordava il prezzo). Mi dicono che quel modello costa 169 e non è scontato che forse l'avrò visto su internet... Io chiedo se hanno qualcosa di simile per cui potrei essermi sbagliato col modello e me ne fan vedere uno da 80 euro della sottomarca Samsonite. Provo a chiederne altro ma pur essendo in 2 commesse nessuna delle due ha voglia di provare a farmene vedere altri che siano nel mio budget e continuano a dire che forse l'avrò visto su internet (li mi sono pentito di non averlo preso su Amazon, mi spiace, ma almeno mi sarei evitato la loro spocchia) Tanto fanno che mi fanno desistere ed esco senza comprare nulla... Il giorno dopo sento mia madre, in effetti il modello era un altro (c'era una M al posto della X o simile) ma costava 139 e le misure erano corrette Risultato: sono entrato con i soldi per comprare un trolley da 140 euro e han fatto di tutto per non vendermelo! Complimenti, bravissime, spero che vi promuovano! If you like to be treated "alla genovese" then read no further, you will love it. I tell my experience: I am sent to buy a trolley and I say that it should be the Samsonite XYZ model and that it should cost around 140 euros (not 30 euros) axbxc size (my mother had seen it a few days before, she wasn't sure about the model but remembered the price). They tell me that that model costs 169 and it is not obvious that maybe I will have seen it on the internet ... I ask if they have something similar so I might be wrong with the model and they show me an 80 euro one from the Samsonite sub-brand. I try to ask for more but despite being in 2 orders neither of them wants to try to show me others that are in my budget and they keep saying that maybe I have seen it on the internet (I regretted not having taken it on Amazon, I'm sorry, but at least I would have avoided their arrogance) They do so much that they make me give up and I go out without buying anything ... The next day I hear from my mother, in fact the model was another (there was an M instead of the X or similar) but it cost 139 and the measurements were correct Result: I went in with the money to buy a 140 euro trolley and they did everything to not sell it to me! Congratulations, very good, I hope they promote you!
