Beautiful structure in the Caudina Valley with pond and swimming pool, well-kept, welcoming, with excellent cuisine, very courteous and helpful staff. For unforgettable events it is truly at the top.

La location è ben divisa nei suoi spazi al fine di consentire agli sposi di poter gestire correttamente le varie fasi del banchetto (buffet, pranzo, dolci, confettata, bar etc.). Cibo squisito e in porzioni adeguate. Da provare il maialino casertano. Da migliorare le indicazioni all'arrivo in quanto la scritta SAMNIUM è posta sul muro laterale DOPO l'ingresso pertanto molti superano l'ingresso senza accorgersi di essere giunti a destinazione e poi sono costretti a manovre pericolose per fare inversione. Porzioni abbondanti e ben preparate, personale gentile e disponibile. Location accogliente e molto carina. Rapporto prezzo qualità non pervenuto in quanto non ho pagato. I was at the Samnium for a wedding and I have to say that I ate really well. Generous and well prepared portions, friendly and helpful staff. Cozy and very nice location. Price / quality ratio not received as I have not paid.

Racchiudo il tutto con un SEMPLICEMENTE FANTASTICO! La cortesia del personale e la loro professionalità, la location già allestita in pieno clima natalizio, la qualità del cibo e l’impiattamento dello stesso, l’accoglienza del titolare e la gestione del maître Christian, hanno fatto si che la giornata grigia ed uggiosa, divenisse splendida! La consiglio vivamente! We stayed at this property to celebrate our daughter's baptism! I would like to say a thousand words but I would end up seeming not very credible. I wrap it all up with a SIMPLY FANTASTIC! The courtesy of the staff and their professionalism, the location already set up in the heart of Christmas, the quality of the food and the serving of the same, the welcome of the owner and the management of the maître Christian, have meant that the gray and gloomy day , become splendid! I highly recommend it!

La posizione è assolutamente strategica e la location è bellissima ed estremamente curata. Il locale dispone di diverse sale di dimensioni diverse e sceglierne una è assolutamente impossibile. Sono tutte stupende; un vero paradiso la sala con vista laghetto e quella vista piscina. Quando dobbiamo festeggiare qualche occasione importante non abbiamo mai dubbi: il Samnium Resort è sempre una certezza. All'eleganza dei locali si accompagna una cucina raffinata, particolare e di assoluta qualità (la nuvola di mozzarella e il tiramisù al Baileys sono arte allo stato puro). Menzione speciale per il personale: i ragazzi sono estremamente professionali e gentili; sempre pronti a consigliare e accontentare i clienti. Il Samnium Resort è un connubio di eleganza, qualità e raffinatezza. La cornice perfetta per rendere i momenti speciali davvero perfetti ed indimenticabili.

Invitati da amici per un battesimo abbiamo scoperto questa favolosa struttura ideale per cerimonie, dotata di più sale su piani sfalsati di ampie dimensioni. Nella sala in cui eravamo ospitati vi è una fantastica parete vetrata che si affaccia sul giardino anteriore e sulla statale Appia, ma questa è intelligentemente nascosta da arbusti e si gode di una stupenda visione sul monte Taburno. Ci è stata proposta una sublime cena a base di pesce dove i piatti della tradizione campana ci sono stati presentati in chiave moderna (apprezzatissimo), accompagnato da una ottima falanghina (di cui mi sono annotato la cantina per una futura visita). Anche il servizio è stato perfetto tutto lo staff è stato molto professionale, hanno esaudito in tempi brevi ogni nostra richiesta. Una menzione particolare va al direttore di sala, Salvatore, con cui ho fatto una piacevole chiacchierata in cui sinteticamente mi raccontava la storia della struttura e di come è organizzata; gentile, professionale, preparato, discreto e presente nei momenti opportuni. Ci ritorneremo The Samnium Resort was a wonderful surprise. Invited by friends for a baptism we discovered this fabulous structure ideal for ceremonies, with several rooms on large staggered floors. In the room where we were hosted there is a fantastic glass wall that overlooks the front garden and the Appia state road, but this is cleverly hidden by shrubs and you can enjoy a wonderful view of Mount Taburno. We were offered a sublime fish-based dinner where traditional Campania dishes were presented to us in a modern key (highly appreciated), accompanied by an excellent Falanghina (the cellar of which I have noted for a future visit). The service was also perfect all the staff was very professional, they fulfilled our every request in a short time. A special mention goes to the room manager, Salvatore, with whom I had a pleasant chat in which he briefly told me the history of the structure and how it is organized; kind, professional, prepared, discreet and present at the right moments. We will be back
