A distanza di pochi mesi, si è strappato il telo ad una tenda, causa negligenza durante l'installazione eseguita dal montatore.
Ad oggi purtroppo il telo risulta ancora strappato dopo varie telefonate e scambio di mail con la ditta.
Questa ditta ha delle persone incompetenti in grado solamente di trattare il cliente solo al momento della vendita, ma come post-vendita è assolutamente inaffidabile, anche perché il danno della tenda l'hanno creata loro.
Sconsigliamo vivamente di trattare con questa ditta.
We purchased 4 outdoor awnings in spring 2017.
A few months later, the curtain was torn from a curtain, due to negligence during the installation carried out by the fitter.
To date, unfortunately, the sheet is still torn after several phone calls and email exchange with the company.
This company has incompetent people who are only able to treat the customer only at the time of the sale, but as an after-sale it is absolutely unreliable, also because the damage to the tent was created by them.
We strongly advise against dealing with this firm.
