L'operatore mi aveva stimato un'attesa di 20min ma ho dovuto attendere al sole per ben un'ora e un quarto con la macchina in avaria. Mai più spero. Very rude insurance tow truck service. The operator had estimated a wait of 20min but I had to wait in the sun for an hour and a quarter with the car broken. I hope never again.

Ero disperato perché il mio occhio cadeva sempre in quei punti dove la carrozzeria si era rovinata. Ho consegnato la macchina al mattino e al pomeriggio l’ho ritirata come NUOVA. SONO FELICISSIMO! Il personale è molto attento all’assistenza del cliente. Che dire! Esperienza da 5 stelle + GRAZIE MILLE! IMPECCABLE! PRECISE AND PROFESSIONAL. I had marks on my body from pigeon droppings. Mio grande stupore alle 9,40 sono sul posto e prima delle 10 hanno risolto i miei problemi. Non posso che ringraziare per la sollecitudine e per la cortesia (mi sembra si chiamasse Salvatore). La consegna mi viene rimandata due volte la stessa giornata finché non mi chiama un loro operatore dicendomi che sarebbe arrivata in 15 minuti e che avrei pagato una penale se non mi fossi fatto trovare. Mi faccio trovare sul posto (con il collare per l'incidente subito) e si presenta non dopo 15 minuti ma 45 sotto al sole. Scende scortese e continua a dire che con la loro carrozzeria convenzionata non avrei avuto problemi, ergo l'educazione e la cortesia la avrei avuta solo se mi facevo riparare l'auto da loro. Continuo a restare dell'idea che è meglio evitare le carrozzerie sovvenzionate. Sconsigliati come servizio stradale, nulla da dire sui lavori di carrozzeria non avendogliela fatta toccare a loro Tow truck sent to me by Allianz, terrible experience, evening accident the car is sent to their workshop and ok, I am told that I would be returned the next day at my expense ok. The delivery is delayed twice the same day until an operator calls me telling me that it would arrive in 15 minutes and that I would have paid a penalty if I hadn't been found. He comes down rude and goes on to say that with their contracted body shop I would have had no problems, so education and courtesy I would have had only if I had the car repaired by them. I still have the idea that subsidized bodies should be avoided. Not advised as a road service, nothing to say about bodywork not having made them touch it

Avevo fatto notare dei piccolissimi graffi e mi era stato detto che con la lucidatura sarebbero scomparsi. Non è stata lavata figuriamoci lucidata. All'interno odore di vernice. Ho dovuto tenerla aperta 2 giorni e alla fine l'ho portata a lavare dentro e fuori. Servizio pessimo e lo scrivo perché ho avuto altre esperienze, ma mai così deludenti. Car returned unwashed, dirtier than I delivered it. I had pointed out some very small scratches and was told that with polishing they would disappear. It hasn't been washed let alone polished. Inside smelled of paint. I had to keep it open for 2 days and eventually took it to wash inside and out. Bad service and I am writing this because I have had other experiences, but never so disappointing.
