A volte va contro i suoi interessi pur di dare vantaggio ad un cliente. Questo imprenditore è talmente intelligente da capire che è di gran lunga proporsi rilasciando una buona sensazione, piuttosto che vendere di più e subito. Se non è intelligenza questa....
