Buona la scelta del menù, e buono il cibo. Il vitello tonnato cotto alla perfezione. I plin molto buoni, cottura della carne perfetta. Ambiente raffinato e accogliente. Prezzo adeguato alla qualità. Consigliatissimo.
We went there this evening without booking. Great welcome, they set out especially for us. The waitress very kind as the owner. Good choice on the menu, and good food. Vitello tonnato cooked to perfection. Very good plins, perfect meat cooking. Refined and welcoming environment. Price appropriate to quality. Highly recommended.

Unforgettable experience, the charm of the cellar, a small aperitif with attention to detail, a tasting lunch in a restaurant with a modern and dynamic spirit with well-integrated notes reminiscent of history, show cooking, fantastic menu, exceptional paired wines for the their category.
All very nice ..... I would go back to relive the experience in the hot season! I highly recommend.

Dopo il giro in cantina, abbiamo fatto la degustazione durante il pranzo,ottimo abbinamento degli ultimi con i piatti proposti.
We went to visit the Salvano winery and for lunch in their bistro on Sunday, the visit to the winery lasted about thirty minutes, where we were explained the production of their wines and their grappas.
After the tour in the cellar, we did the tasting during lunch, an excellent combination of the latter with the dishes offered.
