Alla terza mi sono sbagliata e invece di andare li sono tornata a casa e ho telefonato subito per avvisare e spostare l'appuntamento. Lo so che non è previsto il rimborso, ma non mi si poteva venire incontro visto che avevo già pagato? Ad ogni modo la signora mi ha proposto di fare l'abbonamento per le restanti sedute a 850 euro e allora si poteva recuperare: e te credo! Ovviamente non ho accettato. I	Ilenia Loparco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata in questo centro estetico comprando il pacchetto epilazione laser inguinale, alla mia penultima seduta ” l’estetista ”mi ha alzato talmente tanto la potenza del laser che urlavo per il dolore , a fine seduta mi ha applicato il ghiaccio facendo ovviamente peggio dopo avermi bruciata, torno a casa e dopo 1 giorno ho la pelle con 3 bolle da ustione. Sono dovuta andare in ospedale e per 1 settimana mi sono sottoposta a medicazione più antibiotico e dopo 3 mesi mi é rimasta la cicatrice. La risposta dell' estetista ?nessuna scusa nei miei confronti e mi ha voluto rimborsare solo la seduta dicendomi che in caso di danni mi avrebbe rimborsato la loro assicurazione. Ebbene sono andata a denunciare il tutto alla federconsumatori e tuttora non ho mai ricevuto nessun rimborso del danno che mi hanno provocato e sono passati 6 mesi ormai!! Se non volete avere conseguenze gravi da bruciature laser evitare questo centro , ho fatto diverse sedute da altre parti e non ho mai avuto un esperienza così orribile, ogni seduta di epilazione era come una tortura dolorosa mai provata prima! Inoltre ”l estetista" che mi ha fatto ciò era la titolare, una che ”dovrebbe ”avere maggior esperienza là dentro! .da denuncia! Also "the beautician" who did this to me was the owner, one who "should" have more experience in there!
