Molto interessante anche la varietà di impasti che vengono offerti, dal kamut al riso venere, quest'ultimo mai provato in nessun altro posto e devo dire che è un impasto molto suggestivo e soprattutto molto digeribile. Consigliatissimo. Qui si mangia proprio una pizza con la P maiuscola High quality pizzas, excellent and above all genuine ingredients.
