Faccani Andrea che che mi ha seguito con estrema cordialità e professionalità e che, dopo aver identificato il mio problema, lo ha risolto nella maniera più rapida e efficiente possibile. Se chiedi di andare in bagno senza green pass ti verrà negato, a meno che non chiedi di parlare con il direttore, che, quasi fosti un ladro, te lo permette. Che pena… segretarie poco professionali e molto indisponenti, le vedrei meglio a raccogliere le patate a mano, senza offesa per le patate. Per le visite inoltre ti indicano un orario e non viene mai rispettato. I professionisti che ci lavorano invece tutti molto molto bravi. Mah... Si attaccano a € 120 di abbonamento!! prima ti fanno pagare tutte le lezioni della piscina a dicembre 2021 poi ti danno la scadenza tassativa a fine febbraio 2022 per fare tutte le lezioni, senza possibilità di proroga, nonostante il periodo e nonostante il fatto che la maggior parte dei corsi siano sospesi!!
