Ich habe mich sehr schnell von der OP erholt, auch waren die Ärzte und Krankenschwestern zuvorkommend und nett. Nicht umsonst hat Salus einen sehr guten Ruf in der Region. Sto cercando di contattarli telefonicamente da una settimana e ti attaccano il telefono in faccia se si degnano di rispondere, altrimenti squilla a vuoto o lo impostano su occupato. Avevo una visita da prenotare ma mi sa che opterò per altre parti. Mai più Bad service. Non do la quinta stella perché ricoverato in dicembre i riscaldamenti non sono adeguati, peccato. Hospitalized for subcutaneous defibrillator implant surgery, helpful, courteous and very humane medical staff, head nurse nurses and very polite, punctual and courteous attendants. I do not give the fifth star because I was hospitalized in December, the heats are not adequate, too bad.

(o Prof. non ricordo bene al momento) De Martino ai quali va il mio infinito ringraziamento per la professionalità e la cortesia. Precisato quanto detto, posso affermare con la certezza che ho visto con i miei occhi, che ho vissuto quello che il grande Alberto Sordi ha raccontato girando il film “Il Prof. Guido Tersilli primario della Clinica Villa Celeste convenzionata con la mutua”. In particolare, nel reparto di cardiologia, se vuoi SOLO E ALMENO un po’ gentilezza devi venire a pagamento o meglio ancora se sei imparentato con qualcuno del personale che ci lavora all’interno (per il ricovero di un parente di una infermiera c’era la coda di medici e infermieri per entrare in quella stanza…con tanto di Marcia di Esculapio; per gli altri pazienti…dovevano pazientare). Semplicemente vergognoso. La professionalità è un optional lì dentro. Poi un consiglio a chi è a capo del reparto in questione: fate fare un corso di italiano al “ragazzotto” che si da tante arie solo perché è caposala (manco fosse il proprietario della clinica). Concludo che è stato un piacere conoscervi SOLO in quei pochi giorni. È un vero peccato che una struttura meritevole come la Salus affidi la gestione delicatissima di reparti a gente che non dovrebbe ricoprire questi ruoli. Se non sei raccomandato vi consiglio di non prenotare nemmeno, passerete ore e ore anche se vi danno un orario. Medici ( ameno 3 con cui ho avuto a che fare) sgorbutici e incompetenti che ti porteranno in strutture private (rimarrai solo un business per loro ) il pubblico è più efficiente The worst of the worst that can exist! If they weren't grants from the region they wouldn't even be open! Unique and never-before-seen disorganization!
