Inoltre si trovano pane e prodotti da forno molto buoni, formaggi della zona e pasta fresca. Da alcuni mesi si trova anche frutta e verdura di qualità. In un piccolo spazio trovate tanta qualità per una rapida spesa sempre serviti con cortesia.
Always fresh pork and sausages, of excellent quality at affordable prices even compared to large retailers. There are also very good bread and baked goods, local cheeses and fresh pasta. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Family runner butcher shop found thanks to a coworker, must say the very best I've find until now in the bologna area.
The quality of the meat it's awesome and so it's the cured products that are homemade. Special mentions to Ragu and meatballs especially the polpette made of mortadella that are very good indeed.
Price are even lower compared to other shops but the quality it's soo higher! Very recommend!
