★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited the Prosciutto di Parma festival where we came accross the stand of Salumificio Simonini E Marvani, a local family run prosciutto factory. Being at the festival we had an opportunity to taste their prosciutto which was simply amazing. We also got know about the rich history of the factory which was founded over 50 years by the father of the current owner. It was a great and unique experience. The prosciutto produced by this local factory is of the highest quality you can find.
