★ ★ ★ ★ ★ questa è un'azienda che lavora molto bene nel campo della carne suina. ho saputo che viene presa d'esempio dalle Asl per il completo rispetto sanitario. Salumi ottimi, come anche la soppressa senza alcun additivo oltre al sale e aromi naturali veri. Oggi ho preso anche le famose coppiette al peperoncino e finocchietto, ottime sia nel gusto che nel prezzo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ prodotti propri erano di ottima qualità ultimamente la qualità è diminuita ad esempio il tastasal quando si cuoce e rimane rosso vuol dire che non è buono dovrebbe( cuocendolo ) scurirsi...salsiccie(dette mortadelle)con aglio o senza aglio,tagli di carne vari,affettati,salami anche questi con aglio o senza...si può trovare in vendita il riso di Melotti...consigliabile prenotare ma non necessariamente...locale pulito...parcheggio interno oppure sulla strada...provare di persona dà sempre la verità...
