Cotte correttamente alla piastra teppanyaki, ho potuto constatare che la carne in sè era buona, ma purtroppo era confezionata in una presentazione condita con eccessivo uso di sale (1,3% del peso) che ha rovinato tutto il mio lavoro di accurata cottura. Capisco che la cucina toscana sia molto saporita e che non per nulla si accoppi al consumo di pane sciocco, ma esagerare col sale a tal punto da rendere la carne ingustabile...ce ne corre! Mi chiedo quindi: non fate mai un assaggio dei vostri prodotti? I bought a couple of packs of "Asado di maremma sale e pepe". Properly cooked on the teppanyaki plate, I could see that the meat itself was good, but unfortunately it was packaged in a seasoned presentation with excessive use of salt (1.3% by weight) which ruined all my careful cooking work. I understand that Tuscan cuisine is very tasty and that it is not for nothing that it is coupled with the consumption of silly bread, but to exaggerate with salt to the point that it makes the meat unavoidable ... we run! So I ask myself: do you ever get a taste of your products?

Eppure, fin quando le consuetudini in vigore non procureranno imputazioni per disastro ambientale, seguiterò ad acconsentire alla mia natura di onnivoro. Con questa predisposizione, m'accostavo al banco-carni di una Coop di prossimità. Mancando il consueto taglio di Scottona, mi rivolsi a un confinante "Bovino Adulto - Fettine Scelte", che ravvivò le mie attese - solitamente rassegnate a carni francesi - per un passaporto italo-irlandese. Attese presto e ben ripagate da fettine insolitamente saporite, dalla giusta consistenza, avare nel rilascio di umori e - il che non è poco - di odori ambientali. Particolarmente curato il sottovuoto entro una vaschetta non del solito adesivo polistirene, ma di pet trasparente macrogoffrato, che riduce il contatto con l'alimento - migliorandone la conservazione - e ne consente un controllo tridimensionale. Un mix di vini ..carni e salumi Toscani e non. Immerso nella natura nelle campagne di Montescudaio e incantevole. Personale qualificato e professionale..sicuramente un posto da visitare se si e in transito per i bellissimi siti in zona. Immersed in nature in the countryside of Montescudaio and enchanting. Qualified and professional staff .. definitely a place to visit if you are in transit to the beautiful sites in the area.
