M	Magnetes Lithos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entro e si apre un bel quadretto: una vetrina ricolma di carne e derivati, salumi appesi, altri scaffali con varie preparazioni sistemate con cura… Entro subito in sintonia con il simpatico macellaio: la nostra conversazione si snocciola su qualche dettaglio della carne, suggerimenti… Fisso meglio quanto presente nello spaccio carni, ci sono tante cose sfiziose ed è impossibile ricordarle tutte… ma comunque degno di nota vi è: la Flynstone di dimensioni veramente ragguardevoli (sono larghe come la schiena di mia nonna…) , delle costolettine d’ agnello talmente belle e perfette che dicevano “prendimi” ( st’altro giro le prenderò sicuramente per mio figlio che ne è ghiotto), zampetti, cotechini, una montagna di salsicce, e tante tante altre cosucce originali (ricordo che a richiesta si possono avere i rotoli di pollo, coniglio, faraona e tacchino con dei ripieni strepitosi). Devo osservare che i prezzi, considerata la lavorazione di certe cose e la presunta qualità, non sono assolutamente elevati… anzi, direi più sul giusto rapporto q/p. I must note that prices, given the processing of certain things and the presumed quality, are not absolutely high ... indeed, I would say more on the right ratio q / p.
