Qui l'arte della preparazione di prosciutti e salami, oltre a conoscerla bene, si vede ma soprattutto SI SENTE! Personale gentilissimo e squisito come i salumi che producono. Attentissimi alle Norme igieniche anti-Covid19. Cos'altro aggiungere... sarà meta fissa ogni volta che avremo bisogno di buoni salumi toscani! Ho visto anche la carne ma ancora non provata... sarà presto fatto!
