Su chi lavora dietro al bancone qualcosa sì .. ed è per questo motivo che do 3 stelle. Il sabato alle 17.30 non si può rispondere ad una cliente che non si può macinare la carne perché le macchine sono già state igienizzate (un'ora e mezza prima rispetto alla chiusura) e che, in caso, bisogna ordinare il macinato il giorno prima, e nemmeno chiederle se, a richiesta di lonza tagliata finemente, preferisco prendere quelle in vaschetta (la vaschetta la prendo in supermercato, semmai, non in una macelleria dedicata) . Sul taglio della carne : senza l'utilizzo dell affettatrice non si riesce ad avere una fetta di tacchino o di pollo tagliate correttamente. Inoltre la carne dovrebbe essere tagliata sul momento per far capire che il taglio è fresco, non già preparata all'interno dei contenitori, in vetrina.. spero che questi suggerimenti vengano presi in considerazione There is nothing to complain about the quality and price of the meat: 5 stars for sure.
