★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oltre ad avere salumi e formaggi di altissima qualità, i titolari sono sempre disponibilissimi e gentili, pronti a venire incontro ad esigenze particolari, come quando in sole due ore mi hanno confezionato sottovuoto salami, soppresse e formaggi da portare ad un catering a Milano. Consigliatissimo.

Ho avuto modo di assaggiare diverse cose: Il formaggio sia fresco che invecchiato in cantina e non in frigorifero...eccellente. Ottimi i salumi! La ricotta fresca è strepitosa, ma il top, per me, sono i fiori di frico friabile fatti da Manuela ! Mai mangiato altrove tale bontà! Lo consiglio? Di più!
Niche products, of the highest quality!
I got to taste several things: The cheese both fresh and aged in the cellar and not in the refrigerator ... excellent. Excellent cured meats! The fresh ricotta is amazing, but the top, for me, are the crumbly frico flowers made by Manuela! Never eaten such goodness anywhere else! I advise? More!
