★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Друзья, вот не важно, заканчиваете вы ваше путешествие или только начинаете, покупку домой настоящих, высококачественных продуктов Италии делайте именно в этом месте!!! Не в супермаркете, не на рынке вы не найдете такое качество как здесь. Мы путешествовали на машине по северу Италии и конечно искали что то аутентичное, настоящее, с духом местного колорита. Но сделали большую ошибку, что скупились по дороге в разных супермаркетах и базарах. Просите сразу дать вам Prosciutto crudo, волшебный вкус. Там мужичек работает, возможно он и хозяин, очень ревностно относится к своему товару. Мы показали фото прошутто которое искали по наводке друзей, так он прям вылил весь свой Итальянский темперамент, поясняя в чем отличие и почему именно с определенных районов Италии нужно брать данный продукт. Нашли к стати это место совершенно случайно. Мы просто нашли завод ( он находится рядом) и спросили прямо на проходной нет ли у них магазина с их продукцией. Очень дружелюбный сотрудник, прямо на бумажке разрисовал схему как добраться в это место. Теперь делимся своим опытом с вами. Friends, it’s not important whether you end your journey or are just starting to buy homemade real, high-quality products of Italy in this very place !!! Not in the supermarket, not in the market, you will not find such a quality as here. We traveled by car to the north of Italy and of course we were looking for something authentic, real, with the spirit of local flavor. But they made a big mistake by skipping along the way in different supermarkets and bazaars. Ask for a prosciutto crudo immediately, a magical taste. There the peasant works, perhaps he and the owner, is very jealous of his product. We showed the photos of the prosciutto which we were looking for on a tip from friends, so he directly poured out his entire Italian temperament, explaining what is the difference and why it is from certain regions of Italy that this product should be taken. Found by the way this place is completely random. We just found a factory (it is located nearby) and asked right at the entrance whether they had a store with their products. Very friendly employee, right on a piece of paper painted a diagram of how to get to this place. Now we share our experience with you.
