Tutti in Romagna conoscono la piadina con i vari salumi, qui hanno interpretato con il pesce (vedi foto) i vari sapori fornendo una alternativa forse anche più leggera dei salumi. Per la prima volta se siete in 2 consiglio la degustazione composta da 5 quarti di Piade divise in 2 spicchi con 5 gusti. Particolari i sardonciccioli. Poi tornando se è piaciuto si possono gustare altri loro piatti molto curiosi. Prezzi normali per la porzione. Non inseriscono giustamente il coperto visto che è una tovaglietta pubblicitaria e dispencer di tovagliolini aperti sul tavolo Troppo alto il rincaro/costo del vino: calice 5euro quando la bottiglia gli costa 5 euro al max..carta vini mini. Per il caffè si trova di meglio nella adiacente piazza. Il locale nasce come asporto, con il COVIT fanno anche consegne in zona molto valido. Ora hanno alcuni tavoli esterni da prenotare ma proprio sul passaggio pedonale delle persone...non il massimo. Personale gentile e disponibile a informazioni nei momenti di tranquillità. Siamo riuscite a trovare posto solo perché siamo arrivate presto, quindi il consiglio è di prenotare. Abbiamo ordinato un tagliere degustazione che vede tutti i loro salumi di mare, tre salse golose a scelta, formaggi e piade di accompagnamento. Una vera e propria esperienza gastronomica, di un cibo mai provato prima, in cui si sentiva tutta l'artigianalità. Personale gentile, simpatico e contento di illustrare i propri prodotti. Eddy ci ha introdotto in questo mondo e siamo rimasti veramente molto soddisfatti: dalla mortadella di salmone e spada alla porchetta di Merlin blu. Tutto eccezionale ed insolito. Bravi !! Non potremo che parlarne bene As Apulians we had not thought that fish could also be tasted in the form of cured meats.
