E	E on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ dov'è la professionalità? ho detto esplicitamente colore "non scuro" e ho dato il numero del colore che di solito mi faccio a casa. Risultato: sono entrata bionda e sono uscita castana. Avevo anche insistito un po' perché mi venisse applicato subito anche sulle lunghezze (a casa faccio così) e loro ma no...sono già colorate. Risultato: base più scura ... Poi chiedo solo "asciugatura", me li asciuga col diffusore; sullo scontrino mette "piega" e la pago 14 euro !!!! No comment. where is the professionalism? I explicitly said color "not dark" and gave the number of the color I usually do at home. Result: I went in blonde and I went out brown. I also insisted a little that it be applied immediately on the lengths too (at home I do this) and they but no ... they are already colored. Result: darker base ... Then I ask only "drying", I dry them with the diffuser; on the receipt puts "fold" and I pay 14 euros !!!! No comment.
