★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il salone era tutto sporco e non era curato, iniziavano una parte del taglio dei capelli e poi gestivano altro personale lasciando il lavoro a metà.
Ho notato la presenza di formiche sotto ad una sedia del salone, da segnalare al dipartimento sanitario competente

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio: il tipo che response all telefono non capisce l'italiano. Avevo fatto un'appuntamento per mia moglie, e cuando siano arrivati non aveva idea. Mani/piedi: sono molto, ma molto lenti. Qualità appena accettabile.
Parrucchiera: una delle ragazze e molto brava. Lavora bene e veloce.
Conclusione: cercarti un'altro salone.
Service: the guy who answers the phone does not understand Italian. I had made an appointment for my wife, and when they arrived she had no idea. Hands / feet: they are very, very slow. Barely acceptable quality.
Hairdresser: one of the girls and very good. Work well and fast.
Conclusion: look for another salon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simpatici e cordiali ho fatto solo sfoltire i capelli. Quello che chiedi loro lo fanno puoi portare anche la foto di come li vorresti. Purtroppo in questo periodo con le quarantene sono sotto personale. La titolare nel tagliare i capelli e una scheggia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non faccio ste cose di scrivere recensioni ma ieri pomeriggio (giovedì 11/22) sono andata da loro e mi sono fatta la manicure e le sopracciglia, normalmente mi faccio le sopracciglia con la pinza ma ieri dopo aver chiuso i occhi sento che mi hanno messo la cera senza chiedermi niente, io subito ho chiesto "ma me le fai con la cera " e lei mi ha rispostoo di sì, io l'ho lasciata fare perché ormai aveva già iniziato, ma ciò che nonn mi aspettavo è che ore dopo di essere andata via sentivo un bruciore e quando mi sono vista allo specchio ho visto delle bruciature intorno alle sopracciglia, oggi non posso neanche toccarmi i occhi. Dopo questo non ci tornerò più da loro, poi non mi hanno fatto neanche la ricevuta fiscale (come il solito), mi l'hanno fatto solo la prima volta che sono andata ma poi che sono andata diverse volte hanno smesso. Magari ho sbagliato io a non parlare o chiedere, comunque fatte attenzione se andate da loro, non fatte come me, spero di esservi stata da aiuto.
I don't do these things to write reviews but yesterday afternoon (Thursday 11/22) I went to them and I got my manicure and eyebrows, I normally do my eyebrows with pliers but yesterday after closing my eyes I feel that they put me wax without asking me anything, I immediately asked "but you can make them with wax" and she replied yes, I let her do it because she had already started, but what I didn't expect is that hours later being gone I felt a sting and when I saw myself in the mirror I saw burns around my eyebrows, today I can't even touch my eyes. After this I will never go back to them, then they didn't even give me the tax receipt (as usual), they did it only the first time I went but then that I went several times they stopped. Maybe I was wrong not to speak or ask, however be careful if you go to them, do not do like me, I hope I have been of help.
