Professional! Very nice ladies. They can do natural hair. This is a month after in braids English speaking . I am very happy with results.

So I was recommended to this salon and regret going. I am never going back for these reasons: 1.I was told one pricing for both a haircut and a die job but then got charge something totally different. 2. I showed them the photo that I wanted to use as an example for what type of vibe I wanted. I said that if they could not re-create the hairstyle while taking in consideration that my curl pattern is different from the pictures that they could just try and give me a bob with bags that’s layered. They proceeded to tell me that they could do the hairstyle while accommodating my curl pattern which turned out to be a bold face lie and they ended up making my hair uneven and choppy not to mention damaged beyond reason. 3. They charged me an arm and a leg for dying my hair and after one shower my hair went from being blue to a Faded gross green in spots and in chunks which allowed me to realize that they did not highlight my hair properly it looks patchy and like they did Russian roulette with my hair. Their methods of cutting and dying hair does not accommodate tight curly hair. I will never go back to the salon ever in my life and I would recommend that if you are someone with my hair type or unless your translator works off-line because of the spotty service signal inside their salon or you’re proficient in Italian to just avoid going there for pixies or a bob or anything really. The people may have been polite but they were not honest about their abilities. I wanted a haircut to feel confident but they took what ever confidence I had left and ?? all over it. I’ll have pictures of me and then the style I wanted to recreate or loosely copy for myself while keeping my curl pattern in mind.
