A	Angelina Arcuri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho richiesto un trattamento alla cheratina che non mi è stata pesata davanti ( considerato che questo avviene in tutti i saloni che ho frequentato in passato sperando che questo fosse l'ultimo e invece no.. va be') il costo di 5 € al grammo eccessivo visto che non siamo a Milano (loro sostengono che ne sono serviti 50di gr) . Ho chiesto un preventivo iniziale che non mi hanno fatto, dopo aver fatto notare tutto questo la responsabile si è nascosta nella zona lavatrici pur di non salutarmi a lavoro finito. Ho pagato 250euro senza fiatare, per scoprire in seguito che il prezzo medio al grammo doveva essere non più di 4euro (al massimo) e che sarebbero bastati 40gr di cheratina per un caschetto corto come il mio..mi dispiace ma purtroppo non posso dire bene. Mi sarei aspettata almeno le scuse.. sono state gentili perché non ho pagato la piega ecco.. I asked for an initial quote that they did not give me, after pointing out all this, the manager hid in the washing area to avoid saying goodbye to me when the job was finished. I paid 250 euros without saying a word, to find out later that the average price per gram had to be no more than 4 euros (at most) and that 40gr of keratin would have been enough for a short bob like mine .. I'm sorry but unfortunately I can't say well . I would have expected at least an apology .. they were kind because I didn't pay the fold here ..

Torno a casa sempre soddisfatta del risultato: i prodotti che usano sono di qualità, che sia per una semplice piega ma anche per il balayage (trattamento schiarente che faccio più volte all'anno). Consigliatissimo! Excellent Aveda salon: the professionalism of Serena and Aura, the two owners, is in first place. I always come home satisfied with the result: the products they use are of quality, whether for a simple crease but also for balayage (lightening treatment that I do several times a year). Highly recommended!
