★ ★ ★ ★ ★ esperienza tremenda. sono stata letteralmente presa per il culo. dopo aver telefonato per chiedere informazioni sul prezzo, dopo uno concordato telefonicamente, sono arrivata e ne ho spesi 3 volte in più. Al telefono ho anche chiesto se ci fosse sconto studenti e mi è stato detto di sì: peccato che al momento del pagamento non fosse disponibile più alcun occhio di riguardo per gli studenti. ma non finisce qui, il colore non ha attecchito per nulla e ho esborsato 30€ per NULLA assolutamente NULLA: i capelli erano IDENTICI A PRIMA. Nel mentre, la tipa mi ha suggerito di sfoltirli: si è munita del rasoio da uomo e ha finto di tagliarmi qualcosa (garantisco non v'era alcuna differenza). Per questa puttanata ai 30€, si sono sommati 20€. Infine: ulteriori 20€ di riflessi (????? ribadisco che i capelli erano identici a come lo erano quando sono entrata). Dulcis in fundo: l'asciugatura. Capelli lisci, asciugati CON LE MANI dalla titolare. Meno male che le due commesse, comandate a bacchetta, sapevano usare spazzola e phon. ESPERIENZA DA NON RIPETERE MAI PIÙ. Peccato, si è persa una cliente. Sono del posto. Che nervi! SCONSIGLIATISSIMO.
tremendous experience. I was literally taken for a ride. after calling to inquire about the price, after one agreed by phone, I arrived and spent 3 times more. On the phone I also asked if there was a student discount and I was told yes: pity that at the time of payment there was no longer any eye for students. but it does not end here, the color did not take root at all and I paid 30 € for NOTHING absolutely NOTHING: the hair was IDENTICAL BEFORE. In the meantime, the girl suggested to me to thin them: she got a man's razor and pretended to cut me something (I guarantee there was no difference). For this bitch at € 30, € 20 was added. Finally: an additional 20 € of highlights (????? I repeat that the hair was identical to how it was when I entered). Last but not least: drying. Straight hair, dried WITH YOUR HANDS by the owner. Luckily the two shop assistants, wand-controlled, knew how to use brush and hairdryer. EXPERIENCE NEVER REPEATED AGAIN. Too bad, a customer was lost. I'm local. What nerves! Vettonia.

Solitamente non scrivo reviews ma questa volta desidero farlo per condividere la mia bella esperienza: taglio perfetto, colore naturale e lucente (mai avuto cosi' prima d'ora). Ines l'ho conosciuta da poco ma da subito mi ha dato preziosi consigli su come mantenermi bene i capelli anche quando sono in viaggio e non posso andare da lei. Tra le sue mani senti quanta premura metta per farti bella, ci si puo' affidare completamente. Sicuramente da inserire tra le eccellenze trentine.

Fully satisfied. I don't usually write reviews but this time I want to do it to share my beautiful experience: perfect cut, natural and shiny color (never had this before). Ines I met her recently but she immediately gave me valuable advice on how to keep my hair well even when I'm traveling and I can't go to her. In his hands you feel how much care he puts to make you beautiful, you can completely trust us. Certainly to be included among the Trentino excellences.
