La proprietaria Daniela, ed il personale tutto (ma Terry in particolare), oltre ad essere delle bravissime professioniste, sono anche molto affabili e gioviali. Un posto dove oltre al taglio dei capelli puoi farti anche quattro risate. Ciao a tutte, alla prossima. I've been going there for over 20 years and I've always found myself very well. The owner Daniela, and all the staff (but Terry in particular), as well as being very good professionals, are also very friendly and jovial. Entro con il dubbio oddio chissà come mi conciano.... esco 3 ore dopo pensando che le oasi di bellezza esistono! Gentili professionali propositive senza essere invadenti, ho fatto trattamento e test per la tipologia del capello e cute (gratis) che a Milano non ho mai visto. Prodotti seri. Anche l’estetista bravissima e accurata. Gente che lavora con passione insieme ad una cordialità e simpatia insuperabili ! Palermo -Milano 4-0! Eccola nuovamente di seguito: “Purtroppo la mia esperienza non è stata positiva come speravo. Durante il servizio mi è stato comunicato che il prezzo di ciò che stavo facendo non era quello di UALA, ma quasi il doppio; il prezzo riportato da UALA era sbagliato a causa di un errore; un errore che alla fine ho pagato io nonostante non ne fossi l’artefice. In quanto cliente avrei preferito sapere questa informazione prima di iniziare il servizio; non mi è stato fatto nemmeno uno sconto alla cassa, sinceramente mi sono sentita presa in giro!” Vorrei inoltre aggiungere che dopo aver inviato questo feedback sono stata contattata dalla proprietaria che si è scusata e mi ha invitata a tornare da loro per omaggiarmi un servizio e chiedendomi di modificare la mia recensione. La mia esperienza presso il Salon Beautè non era stata positiva pertanto nonostante abbia apprezzato l’offerta, dopo averci riflettuto, ho deciso di non accettare il loro omaggio. Ritengo le recensioni un ottimo strumento sia per i clienti che per i proprietari, danno trasparenza alla clientela e aiutano i proprietari (che ci tengono) a migliorarsi. L’importante non è collezionare 5 belle stelle ma fare un bel lavoro. Cancellare una recensione equivale a prendere in giro i clienti, ancora una volta! UALA warns me that I have yet to review a service dating back to December 2018, in fact I had already done so but unfortunately the review was canceled. Here it is again below: "Unfortunately, my experience was not as positive as I had hoped. During the service I was told that the price of what I was doing was not that of UALA, but almost double; the price reported by UALA was wrong due to an error; a mistake that I paid in the end despite not being the architect. As a customer I would have preferred to know this information before starting the service; I have not even been given a discount at the cash desk, I honestly felt like I was teased! " I would also like to add that after sending this feedback I was contacted by the owner who apologized and invited me to come back to them to give me a service and asking me to change my review. My experience at the Salon Beautè was not positive so despite having appreciated the offer, after having thought about it, I decided not to accept their tribute. I think the reviews are a great tool for both customers and owners, they give transparency to customers and help the owners (who keep us) to improve. The important thing is not to collect 5 beautiful stars but do a good job. Deleting a review is tantamount to teasing customers, again!

Professionalità, gentilezza e bravura, oltre ad un posto assolutamente accogliente,mi sono ricreduto su i barbieri donna. Assolutamente consigliato!! Il titolare e i collaboratori sono molto competenti, cortesi e capaci di eseguire i tagli e le richieste desiderate con una consulenza... La pulizia e la sanificazione sono più che accurate. Nonostante mi abbiano assicurato che il salone fosse rivolto anche agli uomini, era palese fin dall’inizio la loro difficoltà nell’assecondare le mie richieste di un taglio semplicissimo (sfumatura laterale e ciuffo lungo) e di accorciamento e definizione della barba. Mi ritrovo con una massa di capelli indomabile in testa, punte più lunghe e altre più corte senza alcuna logica, che non solo non ha nulla a che fare con la foto che ho mostrato come modello per il taglio, ma non ha proprio niente a che vedere nemmeno con quello che potrebbe essere il lavoro di una parrucchiera alle prime armi. Della barba non parlo nemmeno: io davo indicazioni a lei su come e dove mettere mani. Allegherei foto se non mi vergognassi. Nonostante tutto mi sento benevolo e voglio dare un consiglio alle signore: dedicatevi di più alla tecnica e meno al marketing dei vostri prodotti. I clienti non vanno presi in giro.
