Quelli che volevo però non erano presenti e la commessa mi ha proposto l’ordine on-line sul sito rayban con consegna da loro pagando direttamente al negozio. La commessa si è occupata di fare il tutto sul sito. Dopo svariati giorni ho scoperto che la commessa aveva inserito un indirizzo errato e quindi il corriere ups non ha potuto consegnare gli occhiali; è toccato a me cambiare l’indirizzo ed avvisare il negozio della mancata consegna e della prossima consegna . Con l’indirizzo corretto il corriere si è recato ma il negozio era chiuso. Fortunatamente il corriere è stato così gentile da farmi recapitare gli occhiali direttamente a casa. A saperlo prima avrei pagato direttamente sul sito e non al negozio. Experience experience. I went to the store to buy a pair of sunglasses. Those I wanted, however, were not present and the saleswoman offered me the order online on the rayban site with delivery from them by paying directly to the store. The saleswoman took care of doing everything on the site. After several days I discovered that the saleswoman had entered an incorrect address and therefore the UPS courier was unable to deliver the glasses; it was my turn to change the address and notify the shop of the non-delivery and the next delivery. With the correct address, the courier went but the shop was closed. Fortunately, the courier was kind enough to have the glasses delivered directly to my home. If I knew earlier I would have paid directly on the site and not at the shop.
