Il mio bicchiere arriva tutto sporco di rossetto, lo faccio notare e viene cambiato senza neanche delle scuse. Dopo la lunghissima attesa ci viene detto di finire i drinks in fretta perché dovevano chiudere. Il posto peggiore di Legnano, metto una stella solo perché zero non si può. Terrible! Extremely long waiting times and rude and rude staff. My glass arrives all stained with lipstick, I point it out and is changed without even an apology. M	Manu87 87 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza, preso due colazioni con due cappucci, 2 brioches è un succo di frutta quasi 12€… i cappucci non avevano cremosità ed infatti, lasciandolo intero, ho chiesto un caffè(naturalmente pagato) e non si sono nemmeno accorti che avevo praticamente lasciato indenne il cappuccio… personale svogliato… c’è molta concorrenza non siete gli unici mi sposterò un po’ più avanti!!! Bad experience, took two breakfasts with two caps, 2 brioches and a fruit juice almost 12 € ... the caps had no creaminess and in fact, leaving it whole, I asked for a coffee (paid for of course) and they didn't even realize that I had practically left it unscathed the hood ... listless staff ... there is a lot of competition you are not the only ones I will move a little further !!!

Il menù indicava "3 euro coca cola, 4 euro cioccolata e 0,50€ aggiunta di panna". Al tavolo è arrivato tutto con scontrino annesso, totale da pagare 5 euro. Il cameriere arriva a riscuotere il pagamento e ci dice che il totale è di 8,50 euro anziché 7,50€. Chiedo il motivo e la spiegazione è stata "Dobbiamo aggiornare il menu e abbiamo sbagliato a fare lo scontrino", e rispondo che comunque bisogna avvisare il cliente della variazione di prezzo soprattutto se è diverso da quello indicato. Tra l'altro non ci è stato dato lo scontrino corretto. Non voglio fare questioni per 1 euro, non mi interessa, ma non sono stati corretti tanto meno professionali. So soltanto che non tornerò più in questo bar. Nice bar. I went this very evening with a friend. We ordered a coke and a hot chocolate with added cream. The menu indicated "3 euro coke, 4 euro chocolate and 0.50 € added cream". Everything arrived at the table with an attached receipt, total to be paid 5 euros. The waiter arrives to collect the payment and tells us that the total is € 8.50 instead of € 7.50. I ask the reason and the explanation was "We have to update the menu and we made a mistake in making the receipt", and I reply that in any case we must notify the customer of the price change, especially if it is different from the one indicated. Among other things, we have not been given the correct receipt. I don't want to ask questions for 1 euro, I don't care, but they weren't correct, much less professional. I just know that I will never go back to this bar.

Dopo 20 minuti di attesa nel dehor esterno piacevolmente scaldati dalla lampada ad infrarossi ma un po' annoiati dall'attesa , faccio notare che gli altri clienti erano tutti serviti , mi reco dentro a chiedere se qualcuno poteva prendere l'ordinazione. La ragazza alla cassa mi dice , le mando subito il cameriere ! Ancora 5 minuti d'attesa esce il cameriere e comincia a scherzare con un gruppetto di ragazzi amici suoi appena arrivati , dopodichè torna dentro. Dopo altri 2 minuti , io e i miei cinque amici decidiamo di alzarci ed andare via . Evidentemente le nostre consumazioni non erano gradite. Poca professionalità , soprattutto in questi tempi chi ha un lavoro nella ristorazione dovrebbe metterci anima e corpo . Mi dispiace per il titolare che spende anche i soldi per scaldare le persone fuori. The 5 stars are left by friends and family.
