F	Fabrizio Baldi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le cerniere sono quasi eterne e sia il servizio clienti che l'ufficio SATS (in particolare il signor Fernando) sono eccezionali: da alcune foto hanno capito quale ricambio mi serviva (si parla di più di dieci anni fa), dove trovarlo e con pazienza mi hanno spiegato al telefono come procedere per la sostituzione. The hinges are almost eternal and both the customer service and the SATS office (in particular Mr. Fernando) are exceptional: from some photos they understood which spare part I needed (we are talking about more than ten years ago), where to find it and with patience they explained to me on the phone how to proceed with the replacement.

Dopo tanti anni me le hanno sostituite perché usurate, spedendomele gratuitamente all'estero. Servizio assistenza tecnica molto disponibile e competente. I "found" Salice hinges on a piece of furniture I bought. After so many years they have replaced them for me because they are worn out, sending them free of charge abroad. I had been looking to refresh 15+ years old Salice hinges in our kitchen (to add soft close feature without significant rework). I had no reference numbers but with photos alone, Salice were extremely helpful in solving this problem with an upgraded hinge as a direct replacement. I could not be happier and would have given 6 stars if I could.
