Dotato di bagni, camere da letto e cucina + refettorio, da utilizzare esclusivamente in autogestione. Ampi spazi ricreativi (campi di basket, pallavolo e calcio) per giocare. Panorama esclusivo del lago di Garda.
Fantastic place for groups (large) close to Bardolino, suitable for conferences, training days, religious activities, summer camps. It equipped with bathrooms, bedrooms and kitchen + dining hall, to be used only in self-management. Ample recreational spaces (basketball, volleyball and soccer fields) to play. Exclusive Panorama of Lake Garda.

Offre davvero tanti spazi: piazza in porfido, lungo porticato, campo da calcio, refettorio con cucina ben attrezzata e diverse sale (può ospitare fino a 200 persone senza problemi), chiesa grande e luminosa con sagrestia, confessionale e cappella più raccolta sul retro, svariate aule e saloni e grande palestra al coperto, sentiero vista lago con ulivi silenzioso adatto alla meditazione, diversi punti all'aperto per fermarsi in piccoli gruppi (panchine vista lago, parchetto raccolto ai piedi della città, piccolo anfiteatro...).
Breathtaking lake views, especially at sunset. It offers really many spaces: porphyry square, long porch, soccer field, refectory with well-equipped kitchen and several rooms (can accommodate up to 200 people without problems), large and bright church with sacristy, confessional and chapel more collected on the back, various classrooms and lounges and large indoor gym, path overlooking the lake with olive trees suitable for meditation, several outdoor spots to stop in small groups (benches overlooking the lake, a small park at the foot of the city, a small amphitheater ...).
