P	Paolo M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana a "villa spigolizzi" presso torre pali. Esperienza pessima!!! La casa presenta umidità di risalita lungo le pareti interne mascherata dalla pittura bianca data di recente. La mobilia è vetusta e malandata. L'impianto di aria condizionata un monosplit...quando fa caldo....come non averlo, i fuochi del piano cottura della cucina sono senza cappa di aspirazione e sono posizionati sotto una tenda che male si riavvolge rischiando di appiccare un incendio...il forno sporco. I mobili sono stati riparati malamente con nastro adesivo e stecche di legno imbullettate Le cabine doccia dei bagni sono rotte. Il bidè intasato. L'impianto solare termico che serve anche la casa confinante non è sufficiente a garantire l'acqua calda.... La casa presenta sporcizia ovunque e anche lo spazio esterno fatto di ghiaia riportata è pieno di cicche....e come ciliegina il cipresso malato accanto alla casa è stato verniciato di bianco....la piscina che in foto sembra grande è poco più di una pozzanghera con un impianto di trattamento dell'acqua fatto a mano con aggiunta di cloro ....mai fatto il bagno!!! SCONSIGLIAMO DI SOGGIORNARE QUI!! We stayed for a week at "villa spigolizzi" at Torre Pali. Bad experience !!! The house has rising damp along the internal walls masked by the recently dated white paint. The furniture is old and shabby. The air conditioning system is a monosplit ... when it's hot .... how can you not have it, the cooker hob burners have no extractor hood and are positioned under a curtain that rolls up badly, risking starting a fire. ..the oven is dirty. The furniture has been badly repaired with tape and bolted wooden slats. The shower cubicles in the bathrooms are broken. The bidet is clogged. The solar thermal system that also serves the neighboring house is not sufficient to guarantee hot water .... The house has dirt everywhere and even the external space made of reported gravel is full of butts .... and as icing the sick cypress next to the house has been painted white .... the swimming pool that looks large in the photo is little more of a puddle with a handmade water treatment plant with added chlorine .... never took a bath !!! WE DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE !!

a	alberto panigutti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ESPERIENZA NEGATIVA Mi affido ad una agenzia per essere tutelato nella mia vacanza e stare lontano da possibili fregature e mi ritrovo invece in un alloggio interrato con una altezza di SOLO 1,95 metri nel bagno e nella camera da letto; ben lontano dai requisiti minimi di abitabilità/vivibilità e lo stesso discorso vale per l’aereazione delle finestre. L’agenzia, contattata immediatamente, si scusa e ti dice di essere totalmente all’oscuro di queste GRAVI LACUNE dell’alloggio. Poi, cambia tono e ti sollecita una decisione così da riaffittare nuovamente il locale interrato (non uso altri vocaboli quali cantina, scantinato, box, magazzino che solo una VISURA CATASTALE può chiarire effettivamente di cosa si tratta). E quindi mi domando… - Sei una Agenzia. - Hai il DOVERE di verificare e mettere in affitto locali ABITABILI. - CONTINUARE ad affittare questo genere di immobili non è corretto proprio perché sei una Agenzia NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE I rely on an agency to be protected during my vacation and stay away from possible rip-offs and instead I find myself in an underground accommodation with a height of ONLY 1.95 meters in the bathroom and in the bedroom; far from the minimum requirements of habitability / liveability and the same goes for the ventilation of the windows. The agency, contacted immediately, apologizes and tells you to be totally unaware of these SERIOUS GAPS in the accommodation. Then, it changes tone and asks you for a decision so as to re-let the basement room again (I don't use other words such as cellar, basement, garage, warehouse that only a CATASTAL VISURA can actually clarify what it is). And so I wonder ... - You are an agency. - You have the DUTY to check and rent HABITABLE premises. - CONTINUE to rent this type of property is not correct because you are an agency
