Anche quest'anno tornerò nello stesso posto for 4 years I have been spending my holidays in Pescoluse and always in the same house very well furnished and very close to the sea, and I have to thank Giancarlo, from Salento travels, always very helpful. C	Carmelinda Di Foggia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo arrivati in appartamento “Rosetta” via pratoline 1 a Torre vado ,la settimana che va dal 18 al 25 agosto . L’accoglienza non è stata delle migliori, le chiavi le abbiamo rinvenute da soli sotto indicazioni dell’agente ,nessuno ci è venuto ad aprire , il Sign.Giancarlo telefonicamente ci ha detto che era impegnato nella consegna di altri appartamenti. Detto questo , l’appartamento era a dir poco scandaloso. Allagato da una forte pioggia dovuto al mal funzionamento delle porte , non vi erano utensili come previsto da contratto ma qualche bicchiere spaiato in condizioni igieniche pessime , girini nella vaschetta nello scolaposate ( ho le prove fotografate , sono pronta a metterle a disposizione per chi volesse prenderne visione ) . Il sign.Giancarlo è arrivato il gg 21 (martedì) per riscuotere l’affitto , in questa occasione gli abbiamo fatto presente la situazione ( telefonicamente anticipata)chiedendo giustamente un attenzione per i disagi avuti , si è infuriato e ha lasciato i soldi sulla tavola ed è andato via ... ritornando poi giustificandosi di essere sotto pressione per il periodo lavorativo . Un piccolo sconto è stato fatto ma ha ritenuto opportuno rovinarci l’uscita ... tanto da sbatterci fuori come cani , in tutto questo era trascorsa solo un’oretta dall’orario di uscita , credo che era quasi dovuto dopo tutto quello che abbiamo subito ... chiudo dicendo che sconsiglio vivamente questa agenzia e che di sicuro io non mi affiderò più , visto che a pochi metri da me c’era mia sorella che si è servita di un’altra agenzia ed è stata eccellentemente trattata. We arrived in the apartment "Rosetta" via pratoline 1 in Torre vado, the week from 18 to 25 August. The reception was not the best, we found the keys by ourselves under the agent's instructions, no one came to open the door, Mr. Giancarlo told us by telephone that he was busy delivering other apartments. That said, the apartment was nothing short of scandalous. Flooded by heavy rain due to the malfunctioning of the doors, there were no utensils as required by the contract but a few unpaired glasses in poor hygienic conditions, tadpoles in the tray in the cutlery rack (I have the evidence photographed, I'm ready to make them available for those who want to take them vision). Mr. Giancarlo arrived on day 21 (Tuesday) to collect the rent, on this occasion we pointed out the situation (by telephone in advance) by rightly asking for attention to the inconvenience he had experienced, he was furious and left the money on the table and he left ... and then returned to justify being under pressure for the working period. A small discount was made but he considered it appropriate to ruin our exit ... so much so that we were thrown out like dogs, in all this it was only an hour after the exit time, I think it was almost due after everything we have suffered ... I close by saying that I strongly discourage this agency and that for sure I will not rely on it anymore, since my sister was a few meters from me who used another agency and was excellently treated.

Devo dire che la disponibilità del titolare ha permesso a me e alla mia ragazza di trascorrere un piacevolissimo soggiorno in una Casa Vacanza a Pescoluse, a pochi metri dalla rinomata spiaggia "Le Maldive del Salento". Sicuramente quando torneremo in Puglia, avremo già un punto di riferimento sui cui poter fare affidamento. Some friends have recommended me SalentinaTravels. Devo dire che, nonostate abbia cambiato 4 volte le sistemazioni degli appartamenti, ho sempre trovato soluzioni molto soddisfacenti, grazie soprattutto ai consigli del Sig. Giancarlo; tutti gli alloggi sono stati rispondenti alle descrizioni fatte sul sito, che è veramente fatto bene e completamente esaustivo, ricco di foto e particolari, con un ottimo motore di ricerca e graficamente molto ben fatto. Il Sig. Giancarlo si è sempre dimostrato molto attento alle nostre esigenze e ci è venuto incontro per molte nostre richieste.
