Il mio ragazzo si è recato da pneumatici Salemme nel primo pomeriggio e il Sig. Vincenzo (simpatico quanto il suo omonimo) si è reso subito disponibile ad accompagnarlo presso il parcheggio in questione e cambiarmi personalmente il pneumatico con uno provvisorio. Poi si sono recati in officina dove ha risolto il problema al mio pneumatico in pochi minuti evitandone anche la sostituzione. Voto 5 stelle per la disponibilità, la gentilezza e la competenza del Sig. Vincenzo. Consigliatissimo Yesterday I got a puncture and I was forced to leave the car in a guarded parking lot of a shopping center. My boyfriend went to Salemme tires in the early afternoon and Mr. Vincenzo (as nice as his namesake) was immediately available to accompany him to the car park in question and personally change the tire with a temporary one. Then they went to the workshop where he solved the problem with my tire in a few minutes, avoiding even the replacement. 5 star rating for the availability, kindness and competence of Mr. Vincenzo. Highly recommended
