LOCALE piccolissimo e decisamente molto carino. Una sola CAMERIERA FAC TOTUM che potrebbe anche essere il proprietario credo sia comunque poco. Bravissima ma oltre a servire, riverire e fare i conti riesce anche a pulire i tavoli ed a spiegare il cibo. Merita un 10 pieno fuori dal contesto RISTORANTE.
l'ATMOSFERA giusta ma la temperatura dentro il locale era troppo elevata. Il condizionatore segnava 17°C ma in realtà si sudava ( 4 persone) leggermente .
CIBO ottimo, niente da dire. Sapori entusiasmanti ed alchimie per niente noiose. Però, però le POZIONI devo per forza considerarle "misere" se si fa un confronto con il prezzo. Dovrei recensire i prezzi considerando che avevo uno sconto del 50% sul totale ( The Fork) ed eravamo in 4 ma proprio non ci riesco. il ROLLS SET da 24 pezzi ( che potete anche vedere nella foto) costa 40 euro! Ottimo di qualità ma anche la fame vuole il proprio dazio. Sulla stessa lunghezza d'onda il SASHIMI, ma decisamente più proporzionato come qualità/prezzo. Ottimi gli EBI BUN e di alto spessore i GYOZA. Vi consiglio quelli con i gamberi.
In ogni modo, esperienza positiva e la "FUSION" funziona nelle mani sapienti di un grande Sushiman. Ciò che proprio non se ne scende e non piace a nessuno è IL SERVIZIO a 10% sul totale. Ecco, nessuno ha mai capito questo servizio in realtà cosa sia.

I should review the prices considering I had a 50% discount on the total (The Fork) and there were 4 of us but I just can't. the 24-piece ROLLS SET (which you can also see in the photo) costs 40 euros! Excellent quality but hunger also wants its duty. On the same wavelength the SASHIMI, but decidedly more proportionate in quality / price. The EBI BUNs are excellent and the GYOZAs are very thick. I recommend the ones with shrimp.
Anyway, positive experience and the "FUSION" works in the skilled hands of a great Sushiman. What just does not go down and nobody likes it is THE SERVICE at 10% of the total. Here, no one has ever understood what this service actually is.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buonissimi piatti e la ragazza che ci ha serviti era preparata, a modo, gentile e carina. L'unica pecca del locale è che delle nostre richiesta, più di una cosa non c'era ed è stato un po' fastidioso per questo ci sono 4 stelle e non 5. Del resto tutto ineccepibile. ????
Very good dishes and the girl who served us was prepared, in a way, kind and nice. The only flaw of the restaurant is that of our requests, more than one thing was not there and it was a bit annoying for this there are 4 stars and not 5. After all, everything is flawless. ????

Il mio giudizio è sulla parte non di pesce poiché intollerante al pesce e ai crostacei quindi mi è particolarmente piaciuto il.vacca roll . Mi permetto di dire magari di inserire qualche altra alternativa per permettere a chi come me di provare il vostro locale.. i prezzi sono giusti sia per il tipo di cucina sia per la zona di riferimento. Non parliamo di un giapponese normale o di AYCE qualsiasi. Ma a volte la.gente tende a dimenticare queste cose. Ringrazio il proprietario che dopo aver applicato lo sconto dei 50 € ha provveduto a correggere un problemino nato sul conto . Consigliato? Si ma se siete amanti di QUESTO tipo di cucina.
Small restaurant with the right care. Fusion cuisine with a particular work behind it that can be seen in the Japanese Neapolitan combinations. My opinion is on the non-fish part as it is intolerant to fish and shellfish so I particularly liked the cow roll. I would like to say maybe insert some other alternative to allow people like me to try your place .. the prices are right both for the type of cuisine and for the reference area. We are not talking about normal Japanese or just any AYCE. But sometimes people tend to forget these things. I thank the owner who, after applying the € 50 discount, has corrected a problem born on the account. Recommended? Yes, but if you are a lover of THIS type of cuisine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Merita la fama che ha. Sushi tradizionale buono, sushi fusion eccezionale. Concept interessantissimo, ben riuscita la fusione tra sapori giapponesi e napoletani. Bello che il nome sia ispirato al vulcano giapponese paragonato al Vesuvio. Prezzi giusti con the fork.
It deserves the fame it has. Good traditional sushi, outstanding fusion sushi. Very interesting concept, the fusion of Japanese and Neapolitan flavors is successful. Nice that the name is inspired by the Japanese volcano compared to Vesuvius. Fair prices with the fork.

Ottimo connubio tra tradizione napoletana e sushi, ma ciò che dava realmente gusto erano gli elementi dai sapori forti (friggiarelli,pomodori secchi,frutti di bosco), il sapore del pesce quasi inesistente.
Prezzi alti considerato che è stata una cena di pesce solo sulla carta e no nel piatto. Buona la cantina dei vini con prezzi modici.
Non ci ritirnerei (fortuna che ho utilizzato promo the fork per la prenotazione)
Cozy yet extremely small location,
Excellent combination of Neapolitan tradition and sushi, but what really gave taste were the elements with strong flavors (friggiarelli, dried tomatoes, berries), the taste of fish almost non-existent.
High prices considering that it was a fish dinner only on the card and not on the plate. Good wine cellar with moderate prices.
I would not withdraw (lucky I used promo the fork for booking)
