★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible institution. Busses are randomly not coming at all, wrong or no informations at all, no excuses, no redunds.
Even with a valid ticket, I got stuck in Agrigento over night because a bus to Catania simply didn't come and I never got anything back, not even an excuse. Possibly the worst managed bus company in the world.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An obligated option to private car transportation to reach Catania airport. Generally on time and decently clean buses.
The company isn't taking much precautions against the spread of covid-19... Buses dont feel sanitized after each trip, there is no hands sanitizer on board so make sure you bring your own in addition to sanitizing wipes, many air spouts above your head are broken and can't be controlled, but what is most concerning is that they do not control reservations to keep ridership at 50% and prevent the filling of the bus.

I went in person and their other location wasn’t open at its stated hours.
I stored my bag at the office and when I returned it was just out in the open. Anyone could have come and grabbed it.
The bus stop has 10-12 spaces for buses, but my bus was a block away in a random parking for no apparent reason, and the employee didn’t tell us when we got our tickets! Luckily we asked just to make sure when we didn’t see the bus.
