Causa il caratteristico colore rosso delle facciate è soprannominato dai sandonatesi il "Piccolo Cremlino".
The Third Office Building, built between 1969 and 1974, designed by Studio Albini, Helg and Piva, has a cruciform plan with four orthogonal arms. Formerly the headquarters of Snamprogetti, today it houses the Saipem Management and around 3000 employees.
Today owned by the Goddess Capital Real Estate Sgr.
Due to the characteristic red color of the facades, the "Little Kremlin" is nicknamed by the people of Sandone.

Esternamente, nonostante il colore rosso, si integra bene nel verde di San Donato; internamente invece avrebbe parecchio bisogno di un restauro totale.
In primavera ed estate i prati intorno al palazzo si riempiono di coniglietti (la quarta stella è più che altro per i coniglietti).
A palace which is apparently of architectural interest.
Externally, despite the red color, it integrates well with the green of San Donato; internally, however, it would need a lot of total restoration.
In spring and summer the lawns around the palace are filled with bunnies (the fourth star is mostly for bunnies).
