A neo-Byzantine style building erected between 1932 and 1934 to a design by the architect Camillo Uccelli to replace the fifteenth-century Church of the Visitation of Our Lady, annexed to the convent of the Servants of Mary suppressed in 1805.
Inside there are several works including a 17th century statue of Our Lady of Sorrows, a crucifix from the 16th century, but above all two paintings of particular interest: the "Bust of the Virgin" by the seventeenth-century painter Francesco Nuvolone and the "Marriage of Saint Catherine". Saints John the Evangelist and John the Baptist ", also known as" Pala Bardi ", an early work by Girolamo Francesco Maria Mazzola called" Parmigianino "created between 1521 and 1522.
