a	andrea galasso on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FLOTTA DI BARCHE DEL GRUPPO BENETEAU CON AMPIA SCELTA DI DIMENSIONI DELLA BARCA. Le Barche sono abbastanza ben equipaggiate e di epoca recente anche se la manutenzione non è certo impeccabile ( alla barca di circa 2 anni che ho noleggiato su alcuni arredi e tappezzerie erano già visibili graffi, strappi, rotture varie) e l ' organizzazione, almeno nella base di Procida, assolutamente carente. AL sottoscritto è stata consegnata un ' IMBARCAZIONE diversa da quella pattuita e più datata senza alcun preavviso e con parziale rimborso solo dopo esplicita richiesta avvenuta a charter già iniziato. Il personale presente in ufficio per la consegna dell' imbarcazione si è dichiarato non a conoscenza di quanto pattuito dal personale addetto alla " vendita ". Nota positiva per i ragazzi presenti in banchina sempre molto disponibili anche se impegnati a gestire molte Barche contemporaneamente. COMPLESSIVAMENTE penso che alla prossima crociera valuterò un un'altro operatore. FLEET OF BOATS OF THE BENETEAU GROUP WITH A WIDE CHOICE OF BOAT DIMENSIONS. The boats are quite well equipped and of recent times even if the maintenance is certainly not impeccable (the boat of about 2 years that I rented on some furnishings and upholstery were already visible scratches, tears, various breaks) and the organization, at least in the base of Procida, absolutely lacking. The undersigned has been given a VESSEL other than the one agreed and older without notice and with partial reimbursement only after explicit request made after the charter has already begun. The staff present in the office for the delivery of the boat declared themselves not aware of what was agreed by the "sales" staff. Positive note for the guys present on the quay always very helpful even if they are busy managing many boats at the same time. OVERALL I think that on the next cruise I will consider another operator.

Mi vergogno per loro! Ho sempre sostenuto che i marinai di Procida hanno un senso dell'onore degno del più grande rispetto. Ora non potrò più farlo. L	Luisa Pelati on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Noleggio da anni con Sailitalia e non avevo avuto mai problemi prima della vacanza a Procida. Barca consegnata ben oltre l'orario e sporca. Si sporca , esternamente ancora i residui di peli e molliche del precedente noleggio. Internamente, non si possono incartare le posate con la pellicola se poi trovi un vassoio sporco ancora di olio con un capello. Lenzuola lavate male con macchie di olio. Il Wifi pagato 100 euro, ha funzionato male. Inoltre si è rotto un bagno. Ma può capitare. Non mi è piaciuto il servizio in generale , mentre a Cannigione era stato eccellente. A Procida male organizzati. Devo però dire che il personale sailitalia del molo è stato molto gentile. Per questo le due stelle sono solo per loro. Badly washed sheets with oil stains. Wifi paid 100 euros, it worked badly. Also a bathroom broke. But it can happen. I didn't like the service in general, while in Cannigione it was excellent. Badly organized in Procida. However, I must say that the sailitalia staff at the pier was very kind. This is why the two stars are only for them.

Quando siamo arrivati a Ventotene siamo stati accolti dai fuochi d'artificio perché era la festa del patrono locale. Un sogno fatto realtá ed an prezzo piú che ragionevole. Staff super professionale. Torneremo sicuramente! Grazie We went 3 days to Ventotene with a Sailitalia sailing ship between breathtaking sunsets and dolphins jumping all around the boat. When we arrived in Ventotene we were greeted by fireworks as it was the local patron's day. A dream come true and at a more than reasonable price. Super professional staff. We will definitely be back! Thanks

Barche mantenute bene e costantemente. Puntuali nella consegna dell'unità. Noleggio da 10 anni e, ora, se sono presenti loro nell'area di navigazione di mio interesse, difficilmente mi potrò rivolgere ad altri. In my opinion among the best in the field. I hired in Portorosa and found friendly, attentive and extremely knowledgeable staff. Boats maintained well and constantly. Punctual delivery of the unit. I have been renting for 10 years and, now, if they are present in the navigation area of my interest, I will hardly be able to contact others.
