Vi cambiano pezzi non richiesti e vi arrecano ulteriori danni al prodotto! Fate girare il post!!! Dopo si incolpano a vicenda per non ammettere chi ha fatto il danno!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ esperienza negativa: la presunta "riparazione" del mio pc Lenovo me lo ha restituito in condizioni peggiori di prima.
se sono effettivamente state sostituite delle parti, come dichiarano, allora non sono stati eseguiti i test funzionali e collaudo generale, come affermano, dato che permangono i difetti (touch screen che smette di funzionare poco dopo l'accensione ecc.ecc.) e che il funzionamento è estremamente rallentato (nello scrivere una mail la parola digitata compare dopo alcuni secondi) e altro non so e non voglio verificarlo, ma mi sento presa in giro, dovrò rifarmi daccapo a riportare il pc e farne a meno ancora per altro tempo grazie all'incuria e pressappochismo imperanti e di cui poi nessuno risponde. sono proprio arrabbiata.

if parts have actually been replaced, as they declare, then functional tests and general testing have not been carried out, as they say, given that the defects remain (touch screen that stops working shortly after switching on, etc.) and that the operation is extremely slow (in writing an e-mail the word typed appears after a few seconds) and I do not know and I do not want to verify it, but I feel mocked, I'll have to start again to bring back the PC and do without it for even more time thanks to the prevailing negligence and carelessness of which then nobody answers. I'm really angry.

Loro sono sempre molto gentili e disponibili ma assolutamente alle prime armi con il marchio Motorola.
Peccato che il nuovo centro assistenza tecnica Motorola a Reggio Emilia sia assolutamente inefficiente.
Mentre Motorola Italia a Milano fa quel che può.
Mi ha contattato Motorola Europe da Edimburgo per cercare di capire e risolvere la situazione.
Rimpiango il vecchio centro assistenza Motorola di Roma (Team Telecom di Carlo Di Giacinto).

They are always very kind and helpful but absolutely new to the Motorola brand.

Totalmente disorganizzati, non conoscono nemmeno loro la disponibilità del loro tecnico, e mi hanno anche dato un appuntamento poi rinviato. E questa è la parte migliore: MI HANNO ANCHE IMBROGLIATO. Mi hanno detto che mi hanno sostituito la ventola del portatile, facendomi pagare 100 euro (!) e, invece, poiché non ha funzionato dopo un giorno, l'assistenza ufficiale LENOVO mi ha detto che non era stata sostituita! EVITATELI, sprecate soldi e tempo!
I had a problem with my LENOVO laptop. My experience was BAD. Totally disorganized, they don't even know the availability of their technician, and they even gave me an appointment which was then postponed. And this is the best part: THEY ALSO CHOKED ME. They told me that they replaced my laptop fan, charging me 100 euros (!) And, instead, since it didn't work after one day, the official LENOVO assistance told me that it had not been replaced! AVOID IT, waste your money and time!

Ho portato il telefono e nella scheda ci hanno scritto quello che volevano, se lo sono tenuto 2 settimane e me lo hanno ridato secondo loro in condizioni perfette. Dire che non avevano fatto nulla non è corretto, lo hanno aperto e pulito e trovato segni di ossidazione ininfluenti. Non lo hanno testato da acceso, usandolo neanche 5 minuti altrimenti si sarebbero accorti che dava esattamente gli stessi problemi di quando gliel'ho portato. Ritirato da loro il venerdì, il lunedì stava in un altro centro assistenza, che è stato obbligato a mandarlo direttamente alla Samsung, in una settimana telefono nuovo, hanno cambiato la scheda madre.
Sarò sicuramente stato sfortunato ma non mi sono piaciuti.
Courtesy is not everything in life. I brought the phone and they wrote us what they wanted, they kept it for 2 weeks and they gave it back to me in perfect condition. To say that they had done nothing is not correct, they have opened and cleaned it and found signs of irrelevant oxidation. They have not tested it on, using it not even 5 minutes otherwise they would have noticed that it gave exactly the same problems as when I brought it. Withdrawn from them on Friday, Monday was in another service center, which was forced to send it directly to Samsung, in a week new phone, they changed the motherboard.
I'll definitely been unlucky but I did not like.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andato per cambiare una batteria Black Berry e mi hanno detto che questi lavori non li fanno. Per fortuna in Prati ci sono altri centri assistenza bravi. Disponibilità zero e molto antipatici. Non ci tornerò sicuramente !!!
I went to change a Black Berry battery and they told me that these jobs don't do them. Fortunately in Prati there are other good assistance centers. Availability zero and very nasty. I will definitely not be back !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Qualsiasi riparazione vi abbiano fatto... controllate qualsiasi funzione del cellulare prima di lasciare il negozio!!!
Sono andata per sostituire un vetro rotto di un cellulare Samsung, e alla consegna mi sono accorta che il tasto stand-by non funzionava.
Riparano il tasto, torno a casa...e il wi-fi non ha praticamente più ricezione se non ad un metro dal router!
Sono stati pronti a risolvere i problemi ed anche gentili, per carità...però forse anche un po' "distratti", se si può dire così!
Whatever repairs they made to you ... check any cell phone function before leaving the shop !!!

They repair the key, I go home ... and the wi-fi has practically no more reception than one meter from the router!
