Ho telefonato ben tre volte specificando la vettura a cui ero interessato, ma una volta in concessionaria è venuto fuori che finanziamento, vettura e prezzo erano differenti. A mio parere questa è mancanza di serietà e professionalità. Tempo perso, poco male se non fosse per il fatto che ho percorso 250 km inutilmente.
D'altronde colpa mia che nonostante le pessime recensioni ho deciso di fidarmi lo stesso.
Beware, misleading ads!
I phoned three times specifying the car I was interested in, but once at the dealership it turned out that the financing, car and price were different. In my opinion this is a lack of seriousness and professionalism. Lost time, not bad if it were not for the fact that I have covered 250 km in vain.
On the other hand my fault that despite the bad reviews I decided to trust the same.

Sabato firmato contratto con finanziamento per l'acquisto di una Dacia Duster, martedì sono stata ricontattata per rivalutare la mia autovettura mi è stato detto che siccome l'auto necessita di lavori di manutenzione avrei dovuto pagare altri 1500 euro. Stracciato il contratto e restituita caparra. Al di là della pessima figura fatta da Saicar e dal venditore, al di là del fatto che la macchina era stata vista per ben due volte, al di là del fatto che se mi fossi opposta alla revoca del contratto la caparra avrebbero dovuto restituirmela doppia, la cosa che più mi ha infastidito è l'insulto alla mia intelligenza, per coprire un errore di valutazione da parte del signor Claudio hanno inventato che per prassi prima della consegna dell'auto nuova loro fanno visionare la vecchia dai loro meccanici, ridicoli tutto ciò non era stato fatto presente al momento dell'acquisto ne il giorno successivo bensì, probabilmente, quando la pratica è stata visionata dagli amministrativi. Penso che una stella sia eccessiva per valutare un rapporto poco competente ed ingannevole, e una recensione veritiera e negativa possa aiutare altre persone. Siamo nel 2022 in piena guerra con due anni e mezzo di covid non c'è proprio bisogno di peggiorare la vita con elementi di questo genere.

Beyond the bad impression made by Saicar and the seller, beyond the fact that the car had been seen twice, beyond the fact that if I had opposed the revocation of the contract, the deposit would have had to return it to me double, the thing that bothered me most is the insult to my intelligence, to cover up an error of assessment by Mr. Claudio they invented that as a practice before the delivery of the new car they have the old one viewed by their mechanics, ridiculous all this it was not mentioned at the time of purchase nor the following day but, probably, when the file was viewed by the administrators. I think a star is too much to rate a poorly competent and deceptive report, and a truthful and negative review can help other people. We are in the middle of the war in 2022 with two and a half years of covid there is really no need to worsen life with elements of this kind.
