Sconsigliato al massimo.. Manco una stellina merita ma senza non potevo recensire.

Anziché avvertire hanno fatto finta di niente e ho dovuto chiamare io 4 volte e ogni volta rimandavano la spedizione di qualche giorno. In più mai ricevuto email di conferma d'ordine e simili. Alla fine mi sono fatto rimborsare e ho comprato da un'altra parte. Pessimo servizio e attenzione al cliente nulla.
Ordered a product that they didn't actually have in stock. Instead of warning they pretended nothing and I had to call 4 times and each time they postponed the shipment for a few days. In addition, I never received an order confirmation email and the like. In the end I got refunded and bought somewhere else. Bad service and no customer attention.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordinato prodotto tramite manomano, il giorno successivo mi viene mandato tracking che risulta inesistente, chiedo spiegazioni e mi viene proposto il rimborso ma assicurandomi che la merce sarebbe arrivata a giorni, al ché decido di attendere. Passate due settimane, tracking ancora non corretto, decido di scrivere a manomano, dopo ulteriori giorni di attesa e nessuna risposta da Sagra Magazzini apro un contenzioso e tramite intercessione di manomano riesco ad ottenere rimborso. Ricapitolando: vendono merce che non hanno a stock (pur indicando il contrario dal sito), mandano un tracking falso e chi s'è visto s'è visto. Da denuncia.

Sconsigliatissimo, può essere anche ben fornito, ma l'educazione è le fondamenta di un' attività. 1 stella solo perché sono obbligato per recensire, altrimenti neanche quella si meriterebbe.
