★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Veramente D'Elite. Piatti eccezionali e abbondanti. Unico "neo": lo stracchino della duchessa. Un dolce che non trovi se non in location doc: ma la prima versione era super risposta a quella attuale.
Truly Elite. Exceptional and abundant dishes. The only "new": the Duchess's stracchino. A dessert that you can't find except in a doc location: but the first version was a super response to the current one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale gentilissimo... Servizio flash ottima sagra... Da 10 e lode le lumache...una nota per migliorarsi l anno prossimo: Alla Bourgogne un po' meno sale e il friggione meglio scolarli dall olio... Ma veramente tutto squisito... Anche i tartufi con la lumaca.. ??

Organizzazione volontari e persone con senso civico, sociale di appartenenza al territorio, essendo in collaborazione con Santa Bianca - una piccola borgata .
Ambiente accogliente, pulitissimo, con disposizione dei tavoli ottimale, una tavola degna di un ristorante.
Tavolo con prenotazione, 5 minuti arriva addetto all’ordine, poco dopo giunge il bere, le pietanze nei tempi della preparazione - tutto ottimo!
Un particolare pensiero al personale in sala, ragazze e ragazzi in divisa per ruolo, con il sorriso ? ed il benvenuti negli occhi ? , gentili ed attenti è questa la Nuova Generazione che apprezzo e sulla quale fare affidamento BRAVI ??.

Cozy, very clean environment, with optimal table arrangement, a table worthy of a restaurant.
Table with reservation, order clerk arrives for 5 minutes, shortly afterwards the drink arrives, the dishes in the time of preparation - all excellent!
A special thought to the staff in the room, girls and boys in uniform by role, with a smile ? and welcome in the eyes ?, kind and attentive, this is the New Generation that I appreciate and on which to rely BRAVI ??.
