Sono arrivato in questo negozio grazie al consiglio di un conoscente riccionese e sono rimasto molto contento del servizio ricevuto . L addetto presente in negozio è stato molto gentile e professionale sin dalla mia prima visita al mattino in cui ho chiesto solo info x cambiare batteria auto e al mio ritorno nel pomeriggio per la sostituzione effettiva è stato veloce efficiente e cosa x me ancor piu importante molto simpatico e cordiale nel dialogo , intervento svolto con precisione attenzione e sicurezza !|! Fortunatamente si trovano ancora professionisti nel lavoro e persone che lasciano un piacevolissimo ricordo . Grazie e ovviamente saro una vostra pubblicità viaggiante x sempre . La mia compagna l'ha sostituita tre/quattro mesi fa; il titolare è stato oltremodo gentile: disponibile nel fornire chiarimenti, informazioni e suggerimenti. un mese fa l'ho sostituita anch'io ed anche nel mio caso l'atteggiamenti di disponibilità si è rivelato uno standard. Oggi la batteria dell'auto della mia compagna era "morta"; si è reso disponibile con diverse opzioni, addirittura fornendoci una batteria sostitutiva per mettere in carica la nostra per tutta la notte. Valuto estremamente positivo l'atteggiamento del titolare, che bada più alla soddisfazione del cliente che al rientro economico, che rispetta tanto il cliente quanto il proprio lavoro. Consigliatissimo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scrivo questa recensione per conto di mio padre, per la pessima esperienza avuta qualche giorno fa. La batteria che ha acquistato meno di 2 anni fa, per cui ancora in garanzia, non è stata sostituita perchè lui ha perso la scontrino, nonostante il suo nominativo risulti nell’ anagrafica della ditta per aver acquistato la batteria nella data della punzonatura presente sulla batteria stessa. Inoltre, dopo essere stato in negozio per far accertare i problemi della batteria, ovvero, la macchina si avvia a fatica dopo 3/4 giorni ferma in garage, nessuno si è preso carico del problema, adducendo scuse, come "devo sentire con la segretaria" . Scrivo questo perchè mio padre è anziano e la macchina gli serve per continui spostamenti per visite mediche e problemi di salute e non trovo giusto che nonostante la garanzia, nessuno si prenda carico della questione. Vorrà dire che di clienti persi, oltre a mio padre, ci siamo anche io e mio fratello, ma probabilmente non interesserà tanto a questi imprenditori. Veramente una delusione.................
Oggi è il 25/11 e dopo la risposta avuta dal proprietario, aspettavo si risolvesse qualcosa, ma come immaginavo le risposte che vengono date on line servono sempre a poco, e anche in questo caso, a niente è servito contattare tramite il link inviato. Ora per me è finita la pratica, l'azienda Nuova Saf per me ha cessato di esistere; avrà guadagnato niente a non sostituire una batteria difettosa con tanto di punzonatura della data d' acquisto, quello che è certo che ha perso clienti. Il mio consiglio è quello di acquistare prodotti di qualità in posti che rispondono di eventuali problematiche e non prodotti venduti a poco che poco valgono. Siete stati una grossa delusione.
