Concordo con i molti che dicono che purtroppo sta vivendo un momento di trascuratezza, sicuramente dovuto ad un insieme di fatti ed eventi sconosciuti a noi visitatori. La passeggiata in mezzo alle cappelle è sempre molto suggestiva, il paesaggio circostante invita al raccoglimento spirituale. Peccato che molte statue siano visibilmente danneggiate in attesa di restauro.La chiesa purtroppo è spesso chiusa, va un po' a fortuna poterla visitare. Consigliato in ogni stagione dell'anno. Vasta possibilità di parcheggio. Possibilità di avere aree dove si può sostare e fare picnic, nel rispetto assoluto del bosco. Francesco, posta più in alto rispetto al santuario, peccato che da molti anni non sia più attivo il ristorante con la sala panoramica... si può salire dal paese di Valperga a piedi per una bella passeggiata su comoda strada sterrata. Bellissimo panorama e bello il santuario. Excellent destination for an afternoon ride on a motorbike or following the path you can take a walk up to the sanctuary (not very long). Beautiful view and beautiful sanctuary.

If you would visit this place you can see many people who walk, run, read, everyday. Another possibly if you would visit Sacro Monte of Belmonte you can see children, young, adult, family,... Belmonte is place of art, nature, history, cultur,... So for all of this, you are WELCOME HERE! --- Sono ormai anni che frequento questo "luogo sacro". Che dire? A voi da scoprire... Paesaggio, natura, storia, cultura, arte, affreschi, statue, teatro montano, tradizioni locali, pellegrinaggi, devozione, turismo religioso, si intrecciano e lo rendono " Patrimonio dell'Umanità" dal 3 luglio 2003...
