★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buon esempio di DISONESTA'. Ho eseguito 2 tagliandi. Nel conto del primo tagliando mi sono stati addebitati €5.00 per il liquido tergicristalli. Sapevo che non era pieno il serbatoio del liquido, ma ero più che sicuro che lo fosse per più di 3/4.
Mezz'ora prima di portare l'auto affinché venisse eseguito il secondo tagliando, ho riempito interamente il serbatoio del liquido tergicristalli per evitare spese ulteriori. RISULTATO? Nella seconda fattura addebito di € 6.00 per riempimento liquido tergicristalli.
Good example of dishonesty. I have performed 2 coupons. I was charged € 5.00 for windshield wiper fluid on my first service bill. I knew the fluid tank was not full, but I was more than sure it was more than 3/4 full.
Half an hour before taking the car for the second service, I filled the windshield wiper fluid reservoir completely to avoid additional expenses. RESULT? On the second invoice, a charge of € 6.00 for windshield wiper fluid filling.
