★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Allora, premessa: a me non piace quando sento dire da qualcuno che "il cliente ha sempre ragione". Non è sempre così, e spero sia chiaro a tutti.
Solo che, nel caso specifico di questa attività, sarebbe invece bene ricordargli che "a guadagnare un cliente ci vuole una vita, a perderlo un attimo".
Scortesia, disattenzione, scarsa collaborazione (al telefono praticamente nulla oserei dire, così pure di persona), fanno di questa attività una di quelle che mai più mi vedrà.
Infine, neanche la componente prezzi li premia.
Mi spiace dare una stella, ma penso proprio se la meritino.
Ragazzi: il front office deve avere chiaro il concetto del "Customer First"! Gentilezza, cortesia e disponibilità nell'ascoltare le esigenze, SEMPRE!

Except that, in the specific case of this activity, it would be good to remind him that "it takes a lifetime to gain a customer, to lose him for a moment".
Unkindness, inattention, poor collaboration (practically nothing on the phone I would dare to say, even in person), make this activity one of those that will never see me again.
Finally, the price component does not reward them either.
Sorry to give a star, but I think they really deserve it.
Guys: the front office must understand the concept of "Customer First"! Kindness, courtesy and willingness to listen to your needs, ALWAYS!
