โ โ โ โ โ Purtroppo ieri mattina attendevo, come tanti altri ragazzi, la navetta da largo Garibaldi di Modena alle 4.30 di mattina per Bologna aeroporto. Navetta mai passata e abbiamo dovuto organizzarci con i taxi. Il giorno prima sul sito dell'azienda non erano presenti alcun tipo di comunicazione e nonostante l'inconveniente nessuno ci ha dato risposta per telefono. A ridosso delle festivitร tutto questo non รจ possibile ed รจ vergognoso come tanta gente deve rischiare di perdere il volo e non poter vedere la propria famiglia a causa di un disservizio incomprensibile
 Unfortunately yesterday morning I was waiting, like so many other boys, for the shuttle from Largo Garibaldi in Modena at 4.30 in the morning to Bologna airport. Shuttle never passed and we had to organize ourselves with taxis. The day before, there was no communication on the company's website and despite the inconvenience, no one answered by phone. Close to the holidays all this is not possible and it is shameful how many people have to risk losing their flight and not being able to see their family because of an incomprehensible disservice

โ โ โ โ โ Inconcepibile come la SACA sia l'unica ditta che fornisca un servizio diretto di corriera Bologna-Lidi Ferraresi (e viceversa), e ciononostante le corse siano estremamente ridotte (4 giorni su 7, da Bologna ai Lidi solo la mattina e dai Lidi a Bologna solo la sera), le corriere siano vecchie e scomode, i prezzi siano spropositati (20โฌ a tratta? Seriamente?), e facciano ritardo anche di 30 minuti (come oggi, domenica 8 agosto 2021, in totale assenza di traffico). A mai piรน.
It is inconceivable that SACA is the only company that provides a direct bus service Bologna-Lidi Ferraresi (and vice versa), and nevertheless the rides are extremely reduced (4 days a week, from Bologna to the Lidos only in the morning and from the Lidos to Bologna only in the evening), the couriers are old and uncomfortable, the prices are disproportionate (โฌ 20 each way? Seriously?), and they are also late for 30 minutes (like today, Sunday 8 August 2021, in total absence of traffic). To never again.

โ โ โ โ โ The Bologna service between the station and Via Lennon has a scheduled stop in Piazza Malpighi. I waited for two buses that simply didn't arrive (the 13:10 and 14:35). I rang the helpline and was told that I had simply 'missed' them although this is not possible as I was waiting the entire time by the stop. I was made to feel that this was my fault.
I strongly recommend using any other alternative to what is essentially an unprofessional and unreliable service
