Il vicinato (invidioso) le ha subito notate dicendo che erano molto belle. Il titolare è attento a qualsiasi esigenza del cliente ed è sempre molto disponibile, i posatori lavorano in modo preciso e pignolo e la signora Caterina ti accoglie nel loro show room, ti fa sentire a tuo agio come se fossi a casa e risponde sempre al telefono. Ho dato 4 stelle per l attesa lunga (altrimenti meritavano anche la 5), ma ne è valsa davvero la pena. Bravissimi!!!!! Beautiful windows, shutters and mosquito nets, of great quality and value and at a really good price. The neighborhood (envious) immediately noticed them saying they were very beautiful. The owner is attentive to any customer need and is always very helpful, the installers work in a precise and meticulous way and Mrs Caterina welcomes you in their showroom, makes you feel at ease as if you were at home and always answers the phone . I gave 4 stars for the long wait (otherwise they also deserved the 5), but it was really worth it. Well done !!!!!

(Senza nessuna aggiunta di materiali o ore di lavoro, il lavoro era quello scritto nel preventivo. Niente di più, niente di meno...) quando ho chiesto spiegazioni si sono comportati da arroganti e maleducati!!! Infatti non mi hanno più vista! Non metterò mai più piede nella loro azienda! Time ago unfortunately I had a bad experience with them. In the quote we had agreed a price, at the time of payment it had totally changed! (Without any addition of materials or hours of work, the work was what was written in the quote. Nothing more, nothing less ...) when I asked for explanations they behaved as arrogant and rude !!! In fact they didn't see me anymore! I will never set foot in their company again!
S	Simon Dant on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non mi e' mai successo di fare una recensione simile, ma come promesso...commento per punti: _Mancanza di qualsiasi disponibilita' POST VENDITA. _Non chiedete consigli pre acquisto perche' tanto se poi qualcosa non funziona o fa pena qualitativamente NON TE LO DICONO. _Ho rotto una parte di infisso e per RIPICCA alla mia esplicitata non soddisfazione della scarsa qualita' sul resto delle installazioni, si sono RIFIUTATI di aggiustarmi il pezzo. _Lato cliente ho pagato puntualmente e in anticipo, nonostante avrei avuto anche piu' tempo per dilazionare i pagamenti e QUESTO E' IL SERVIZIO PROFESSIONALE quando avrai bisogno. I have never done a similar review, but as promised ... comment by points: _ Lack of any AFTER SALES availability. _Do not ask for pre-purchase advice because if then something doesn't work or is worth it qualitatively, THEY DON'T TELL YOU. _I broke a part of the fixture and to PLEASE my explicit non-satisfaction with the poor quality of the rest of the installations, they REFUSED to fix the piece. _Customer side I paid on time and in advance, although I would have had even more time to defer payments and THIS IS THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICE when you need it.
