L'auto mi è stata consegnata senza aver mantenuto neanche una sola delle parole date dal venditore. Il cambio si rivela rotto, l'ESP non funziona. Ritorno e solo dopo una scenata nel salone mi promettono di risolvere nella loro officina. Un capanno vidi poi. Hanno cambiato pezzi con altri pezzi danneggiati. Ho portato la macchina 3 volte. Aggiustando qualcosa mi creavano danno in qualcos'altro di nuovo. Esaurito, mi trngo la macchina così con le freccie che non funzionano (per aggiustare l'ESP) e il cambio mai riparato. Non si può chiedere a un pesce di arrampicarsi su un albero. Se cercate un usato o professionisti state alla larga da questo posto. Belle parole e incompetenza imbarazzante. A nightmare. Dopo varie pressioni mi mandano per email le fotocopie dei documenti (non valide per circolare) e non mi avvertono quando sono pronti per essere ritirati. Mi dispiace perché conoscevo l'azienda da molti anni (abbiamo comprato altre auto in famiglia da loro) ma mai così tanti problemi. Metto 2 stelle solo per l'auto che per ora sta funzionando (ma ho dovuto sostituire gli pneumatici a mie spese). Aggiornamento: chiamo per sapere se dopo una settimana hanno spedito i documenti (ancora non pervenuti) e mi viene risposto che oggi stavano inviando il tutto. Ovviamente dopo aver chiesto il numero di raccomandata, mi chiedono di richiamare più tardi. RIDICOLI. È passato più di un mese e mezzo dall'acquisto dell'auto, il foglio di circolazione sostitutivo è scaduto ( con la promessa di rinnovarlo, anche se non rinnovabile, e alla fine hanno solo inviato una copia della ricevuta di acquisto) e ancora non si sa quando si avrà il libretto di circolazione. Tante chiamate da parte nostra, mai una da parte loro, magari per scusarsi per il disagio o tenere aggiornato il cliente, e la risposta sempre la stessa "ancora non si sa nulla...chiami giorno tot". Vedremo.... Se qualcosa cambierà, sarò felicissima di aggiornare la recensione. Ad oggi un po' delusa dopo aver sentito tutte le lodi dell'azienda e avere questi risultati Aggiornamento: un paio di giorni fa i documenti sono stati consegnati. Nessuno ha contestato la serietà dell'azienda, non mi permetterei mai con un solo acquisto, ma la poca chiarezza. Mi sarebbe bastata ricevere una chiamata di aggiornamento per vedere che l'interesse verso il cliente era costante anche una volta concluso l'acquisto o delle risposte più esaustive del " chiami prima di fine mese".
